I want all who check in to know how SPECTACULAR my sister has been through all of this!!! And, that the little bit I could do to help my much loved "Daver" was an absolute honor. I know there are many of you out there who WISH they could be there in person (including me right now) to be an extra pair of hands, assisting in some small way....I was one of the lucky ones who got to be there and kiss Dave before he had to go to surgery, and I was there when we heard some unexpected (cautiously optomistic!!!) good news, and then got to care take (very minimally needed) in the hospital and home...truly, lucky me!! What a thrill to "see" the progress day to day from a distance. This blog has been one of the wisest things my beloved nephews have done and thanks to Lor and Dave for knowing we need this lifeline. Love, The bad one...

ReplyDeleteDave continues to heal because of the care you have given him. Each day he is stronger and more capable of doing things on his own.
